If you are a luxury watch enthusiast, enjoy military history, or simply love Breguet, than the Type XX is for you! Orginally Type XX (20) was designed for the French Ministry of Defense as a pilot’s wristwatch. This Breguet timepiece was directly inspired by the German pilot’s chronographs produced by Hanhart of Tutima which have been captured by the allies after World War II. In 1945, the French army occupied a territory known as the Black Forest where Hanhart factory was located. Breguet used many of the Hanhart manufactured parts to outfit their Type XX chronograph.
Patek Philippe is one of the top Swiss luxury watch brands in the world. Their watches are fashionable, collectable, and have proven time and time again to be a great investment. If you are looking for a timepiece which will make a great heirloom, you couldn’t wish for more. Patek Philippe watches retain their value well and often times become more valuable over time. Part of the Patek’s philosophy is creating a limited number of timepieces per reference number in order to create demand and raise value.
Jaeger LeCoultre is a Swiss luxury watch maker that is known for their durable and expertly crafted movements. Jaeger LeCoultre has been manufacturing state of the art mechanical movements for other brands as well as for themselves. Luxury watchmakers such as Cartier, Patek Philippe, Omega, and (according to some rumors) Rolex have used Jaeger LeCoultre movements in a number of their timepieces.
