This is the size Rolex settled on when the brand moved away from smaller dedicated women's sport references, and it's proven to be the right call — most women trying it on don't feel like they're wearing a scaled-down version of anything.

Earlier ladies Yacht-Master references at 29mm and 35mm exist on the pre-owned market and offer a genuinely smaller option for buyers who find even the 37mm too substantial. These carry the same Rolesium and gold configuration options as the current 37mm. Pre-owned 29mm: $7,500 to $10,500. Pre-owned 35mm: $8,500 to $11,500.

What to Check Before Buying

The bidirectional bezel should rotate smoothly with even resistance. On Rolesium examples, examine the platinum bezel insert closely — platinum marks more easily than the ceramic used on other sport references, and scratches here are common on watches with real wear history.
